The weekly rent is approx $117.00, with each site individually metered for water usage. Rent assistance can be applied for. Telephone points with internet services available to park.

This cabin is neat and clean with a peaceful rural outlook and a location on the outer fringe of the park. There are two separate bunk beds for visitors or the kids. The eat-in kitchen is well presented and has full cooking facilities.

The open plan living comes with air-conditioning and own shower and toilet. The newly added undercover timber decking enjoys a peaceful leafy view. The location is private with no neighbour to the rear. To solve any storage issues there is a handy lockable garden shed.

All residents enjoy the full use of all the park's amenities, including games room, children's park, in-ground pool and kiosk. The park is located some 200m from the beautiful Bolder Beach.

There are no council rates or strata/body corporate fees.

The Ballina Headlands Leisure Park is centrally located minutes from Lennox Head Enjoy the unique shops, restaurants and sandy beaches on offer in the Lennox Village. Within an easy drive south there is Ballina with its two major shopping centres, hospital, clubs, airport, more beautiful beaches and the picturesque Richmond River.
