Palm Village is an over 50's pet free Community situated in Caloundra and comprises of one and two bedroom caravans with built in Annexe and Carports, and one, two and 3 bedroom Manufactured relocatable Homes.

Palm Village is an affordable owner occupier lifestyle park. As an owner you cannot rent your property as you own your home and you pay to rent the site it sits on, there is no council rates or water chargesapplicable. Other costs included would be gas, electricity, insurance etc.

Palm Village is on Caloundra Road inside a 5 minute drive to the lovely Golden Beach, Bulcock Beach and the centre of town. Across the road from Palm Village is Bunnings, Chemist Warehouse, petrol station and cafe.
